Position Summary: The Field Service Technician is responsible for supporting our customers and their systems after installation and start-up. They must continue to carry the TTX values throughout their relationships with customers ensuring each issue is resolved to the best of our abilities. As a Field Service Technician, you will be required to travel to customer locations, install new equipment, respond to service requests, troubleshoot equipment issues, and provide technical training on company equipment.
