Qualifications
- Diploma or technical qualification in Electrical / Electronics / HVAC / Building Automation.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in hotels or commercial buildings.
- Practical knowledge of GRMS and BMS systems.
- Good understanding of HVAC electrical and control systems.
- Ability to use a multimeter, clamp meter, insulation tester, and other electrical testing tools.
- Ability to read electrical and control drawings.
- Basic knowledge of PLC, controllers, sensors, actuators, relays, and communication networks.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with hotel GRMS systems is an advantage
