Lead Technician

We received $515m in funding and are executing a multi-$B expansion plan for one of the greenest forms of tech manufacturing: converting greenhouse gas into diamond wafers using zero-emission energy. The Lead Technician role is a critical and highly valued part of our growing team. They are responsible for leading the execution and planning of the day to day work and ensuring accuracy and quality. They act as a front line problem solver as well as an immediate resource and trainer for the rest of the technicians; they encourage attention to detail and enforce work standards and are an important part of positive team morale and work culture. They learn so they can teach others and work hard with the team to make our critical production timelines. The initial shift for this role is from Monday to Friday, regular 8-hour days/40-hour weeks. It could potentially change as our operations develop. 2 to 3 Months total of on-site training in the US and Trujillo are required.
