- Provide excellent customer service by explaining system issues and maintenance recommendations
- Assist teammates during service calls
- Ensure compliance with local HVAC codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Maintain accurate service records, including work performed and parts used
- Collaborate with team members and dispatchers to complete jobs efficiently
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines while on job sites
We're looking for someone who meets these qualifications
- Journeyperson certification
- 8-10 years of experience in residential HVAC service; commercial service experience is an asset
- Tech-savvy with iPads and texting apps, experience using Service Titan is an asset
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision
- Positive attitude, excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience with retro-fits is an asset
- Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record
- Attention to detail and a motivation to produce high-quality work

GREAT PAY
Earn up to $42 - $48/hr, acknowledging the value you bring to the team. Piecework opportunities for installs are also available.
STABLE, FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE
You can expect to work Monday through Friday, with the potential to be added to an on-call list.
