Begin apprenticeship coursework.
Expand knowledge of blueprints, wire-pulling, and terminations.

Demonstrate proficiency in complex tasks and installations.
Develop leadership capabilities for future growth.
Exhibit a thorough understanding of electrical systems.
Assist in setting and assembling electrical service sections and transformers.
