Qualifications
Physical Demands
- Experience in 3+ construction tasks/trades
- Concrete skills: pouring, spreading, finishing
- Able to use hand and power tools safely
- Knowledge of workplace safety and safe lifting
- Valid equipment tickets (skid steer, aerial lift, telehandler)
- First Aid/CPR (preferred)
- Good communication with supervisors, coworkers, and customers
- Able to manage time and work with minimal supervision
- Strong customer service and teamwork
- Adaptable, willing to learn, and open to improving how work gets done
- Lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights, and handle strenuous tasks
- Work outdoors in all weather
- Exposure to construction noise and hazards
- Use required PPE
- Able to climb ladders and work around heavy equipment
- Good coordination and manual dexterity
