Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Exposure to M&A, corporate development, investment banking, private equity, consulting, or strategy coursework/internships
Familiarity with financial modeling and valuation concepts
Interest in mergers & acquisitions and corporate strategy

Work Environment

Primarily an office environment

Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders, and lift to 25 lbs. as needed

Potential exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, or other environmental factors.
