Support overall fleet health by coordinating repairs and preventative maintenance; shuttling vehicles to/from vendors; inspecting vehicles for cleanliness, readiness and visual appearance and track out-of-service vehicles to optimize fleet supply
Perform smaller maintenance tasks (e.g., tire swaps, light repairs)
Perform vehicles cleaning and maintenance tasks
Assist with the seamless in-fleeting and de-fleeting of vehicles, collaborating closely with Fleet Managers
Support the operations team with miscellaneous on-the-ground responsibilities, including maintaining and/or adjusting vehicle equipment and trade dress equipment, organizing workspaces, and assisting with local market initiatives

Detail-oriented enough to keep track of vehicle schedules, yet hands-on enough to jump into a repair
Practical knowledge of basic vehicle mechanics and diagnostics is preferred (not mandatory)
Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license
Ability to pass a pre-employment physical exam.Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and background check is mandatory. This includes a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no felonies, no DUI/DWI or reckless driving convictions, and no more than 2 speeding tickets
Final salary will be determined by the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills
Salary: $20-24 per hour
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
