Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in automotive technology, electrical engineering, or related field is preferred.
Proven experience as a technician or mechanic, preferably in the automotive, heavy-duty trucking, or technology industry. ASE certifications are highly desirable.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical systems.
Familiarity with truck maintenance and repair.
Familiarity with autonomous driving technology, including sensors, cameras, GPS, and onboard computer systems, is highly desirable.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, software, and equipment for vehicle maintenance and repair.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel as needed.
Commitment to safety, attention to detail, and adherence to protocols and procedures.
Open-minded and collaborative team player with the willingness to help others.
Passionate about self-driving technologies, solving hard problems, and creating innovative solutions.
