You'll Make an Impact By

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

5+ years of dealership technician experience (Audi, Volkswagen, or other European luxury brands preferred)
Previous experience as a Shop Foreman, Team Lead, or Lead Technician
Strong electrical and diagnostic troubleshooting skills
Experience mentoring and developing technicians
Working knowledge of dealership management systems
Audi certifications are a plus (or willingness to obtain)
A passion for leadership, teamwork, and continuous improvement
