- Assist supervisors in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Follow ergonomic and safe lifting techniques.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues.
- Production LeadershipOversee daily operations for the Oxford facility, ensuring production goals, quality requirements, and delivery schedules are met.Monitor operational KPIs and implement corrective actions when performance gaps appear.Develop operational plan and budget for the facility.Assist in establishing annual cost reduction goals and execution of goals for the organization to meet the company business plan.Coordinate staffing levels to meet production needs, including overtime and shift adjustments.Plans, directs, and oversees site-wide maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all equipment, facilities, and infrastructure.Leads procurement planning and sourcing for materials, parts, contractors, and services, ensuring cost-effective decisions, vendor accountability, and uninterrupted support for production and maintenance needs.
