Essential Duties and Responsibilities include those listed below. Other duties may be assigned. This position is a full-time (minimum 40 hours per week) on-site position.

Supervisory Responsibilities This job has limited supervisory responsibilities; oversees the work of hourly workers in Section Preparation lines and Utility Operators.

  • Inspect inbound pole sections for casting defects (pinholes, cracks, checks, ribbon splash, sand, etc.)
  • Monitors AGT results for quality defects, marginal calls and outliers while providing feedback to the appropriate personnel.
  • Perform all aspects of the scrap process.Daily scrap review / reclaim process.Prepare former cast scrap reporting.
