- Application of in-depth automotive repair knowledge
- Provide service of the highest quality to our customers
- Perform skilled mechanical and diagnostic work
- Inspect, replace, and/or repair defective parts while performing preventative maintenance on automobiles
- Continuously learn new technical information and techniques
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
REQUIREMENTS
By completing this application, you are agreeing that you are able to meet the physical requirements listed for this role.
- A minimum of three years of automotive service, automotive mechanic, and/or engine diagnostic experience in a professional capacity
- A self-starter personality with a positive attitude and team-focused
- Superior communication skills emphasizing INTEGRITY first
- Desire to build long-term trust with our customers
- A State Inspection license is required
- ASE Certification is preferred
- Experience in after-market shops
- Must have your own technician tools and toolbox
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
- Ability to operate and drive vehicles
- Willingness to work Saturdays
- Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, and bending
- At time, exerting 50 - 100 lbs of force occasionally and/or 10 - 25 lbs of force frequently and/or greater than 10 lbs of force constantly to move objects
- Requires working at a production rate pace entailing the constant pushing and/or pulling of materials
