Solutions and Innovation (40%)Studiously work with all customers to understand the tooling requirements. Utilize forward-thinking innovative technologies to design new tooling and/or improve current tooling to increase per-day mold yields and decrease scrap percentage. Develop trusting partnerships with tooling vendors to guarantee a cohesive relationship that maximizes industry knowledge and tooling accessibility. Consistently conduct feasibility studies, cost analysis, and risk assessments to accurately inform appropriate stakeholders of tooling opportunities.
