What will your job involve?
- Operate and monitor blow molding machinery to produce quality products that meet specifications
- Trim excess material from molded products
- Regrind scrap material and non-conforming parts for reuse in the manufacturing process
- Assist with machine color changes and tooling changeovers
- Perform basic machine adjustments and monitor machine performance during production runs
- Weigh finished products to verify quality and machine accuracy
- Assemble products by inserting metal components into plastic parts using punch press equipment
- Safely hand-feed metal components into production equipment
- Package finished products for shipment
- Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies
- Lift and move materials and products weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
What are we looking for?
- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience is preferred, but we welcome candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Experience in a hands-on, physically active, or labor-intensive role
- Mechanical aptitude and an interest in manufacturing equipment
- Dependable attendance and a commitment to workplace safety
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- A history of reliability and longevity in previous positions is a plus
