What you'll do:

- Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors, providing updates on process performance and project statuses.
Role Description
Form Energy is hiring a process engineering technician to support our operations engineering team. In this role, you will be involved in engineering projects, new process deployment, and continuous improvement in partnership with production teams. What you'll bring:
- At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing environments.
- Strong demonstrated mechanical aptitude for manufacturing equipment and processes
- Experience monitoring processes in an assembly, production, or related industry, including strip charts, PI/OSI, run charts, etc.
- Capable of identifying and troubleshooting problems independently when the existing “manual” doesn't have the answer
- Proficient in digital documentation, including the ability to accurately enter data and navigate basic spreadsheets
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration within a dynamic production environment.
- Adherence to safety protocols and a proactive approach to promoting a safe working environment.
- Basic electrical competence desired but not required
Where you'll work
This role is based at Form Factory 1 in Weirton, WV—an easy commute from the city of Pittsburgh, PA. This 550,000-square-foot facility is our hub for high-volume battery production and a leader in the new era of American energy manufacturing. Relocation assistance is available.
