Experience in landscaping, agriculture, lawn care, general maintenance or related field
Enjoys working outside in extreme weather conditions, such as heat/cold and enjoy physical labor
Have experience operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment
Have experience with irrigation systems including installation, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing
21 years of age or older
Hold a valid state-issued driver’s license for at least 3 years with a clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report
Successfully complete and pass a driver’s road test for the combination truck and trailer that will be operated within the scope of work.
Must be able to obtain appropriate licensing and/or endorsements for operating State if required
High school diploma or equivalent is required
2 years’ experience in commercial landscaping/exterior building maintenance and leading teams
Valid, state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record
No convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI, or reckless driving involving alcohol or drugs within the last three (3) years.
No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years, if driving a commercial motor vehicle.
No serious traffic violations (as defined by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations) in the 3 years, if operating a commercial motor vehicle.
No preventable accidents (as defined by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations) in the last 3 years, if operating a commercial motor vehicle.
Successful completion of a DOT physical and medical certification within 90 days of hire.
As required by section 391.11(b)(2) of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, ability to read and speak in the English language.
