- High school diploma, certificate, or equivalent technical qualification.
- HVAC certification or a relevant technical qualification is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Facilities Management operations, including housekeeping, landscaping, pest control, and building maintenance activities.
- Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, maintenance practices, and equipment, including chillers, AHUs, package units, pumps, ventilation systems, and VRF units.
- Good understanding of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements, including permit-to-work systems and risk assessments.
- Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions effectively.
- Strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills with the ability to manage teams, contractors, and daily site activities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to respond effectively to operational and maintenance challenges.
- Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in Facilities Management and HVAC maintenance, including supervisory responsibilities.
