- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- HVAC certification or a relevant technical qualification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC maintenance practices, tools, equipment, and industry terminology.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting and maintaining HVAC systems, including chillers, AHUs, package units, VRF systems, pumps, and ventilation equipment.
- Good understanding of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements, including permit-to-work and LOTO procedures.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose faults and perform corrective maintenance efficiently.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar HVAC maintenance role.
