Strong technical knowledge of industrial electrical systems and safety standards, with the ability to read, interpret, and supervise work based on electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and schematics.
Proven leadership and hands-on troubleshooting experience in motors, pumps, MCC panels, substations, lighting systems, and control panels, including planning and supervising technicians’ daily activities.
Thorough understanding and strict enforcement of safety practices, including Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO), Permit-to-Work (PTW), risk assessments, and PPE compliance, while coordinating effectively with operations and other engineering disciplines.
Physically fit to work in outdoor environments, confined spaces, and shift-based operations as required.
ITI Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, with a minimum of 5–8 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience, including 2–3 years in a supervisory or foreman role, preferably within Sewage Treatment Plants.
