- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and a minimum of 3-5 years of related project or 10 plus years related Mechanical experience without a degree.
- Technical Project Management or Coordination experience in Mission Critical or Industrial facilities project management.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- Ability to operate standard office suite of applications, have some knowledge of BIM or ACC and P6 and assist in cost and issue management.

SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
