Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field.
- A minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction safety, HSE, or project delivery.
- CCM certification preferred.
- Preferred certifications include OSHA 30, OSHA 500/510, CHST, OHST, ASP, CSP, and CPR certification.
- Experience supporting implementation and monitoring of project HSE plans and contractor safety programs on active construction projects.
- Experience supporting large-scale commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center construction projects preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with clients, contractors, and cross-functional project teams.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
