- Licenciatura en Ingeniería Eléctrica o titulación profesional equivalente
- Más de 8 años de experiencia práctica en proyectos eléctricos industriales o de centros de datos
- Experiencia demostrada en liderazgo en la gestión de equipos técnicos de distintos tamaños
- Conocimiento exhaustivo de los códigos, normas y reglamentos eléctricos (NEC, IEC y normas eléctricas mexicanas)
- Dominio de programas de CAD y herramientas de diseño eléctrico
- Sólidas habilidades de gestión de proyectos, con capacidad demostrada para gestionar presupuestos, plazos y recursos
- Excelentes capacidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas, con un enfoque orientado al detalle
- Habilidades comunicativas e interpersonales excepcionales, con capacidad para trabajar en colaboración con otros departamentos
- Se requiere una licencia eléctrica válida o certificación equivalente para el puesto
Se valorará
- Experiencia con infraestructuras de misión crítica y entornos de centros de datos
- Dominio bilingüe del español y el inglés
- Certificación Project Management Professional (PMP) o equivalente
- Experiencia con el modelado de información de edificios (BIM) y software avanzado de diseño eléctrico - Conocimientos sobre sistemas eléctricos sostenibles y de eficiencia energética - Experiencia trabajando en proyectos en México o en América Latina - Historial demostrado de liderazgo exitoso en proyectos eléctricos complejos y a gran escala - Sólida experiencia en la gestión de proveedores y partes interesadas
