- Lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of the department to ensure service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service
- Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
- Ensure Team Members are informed daily about priorities to personalize service
- Training and coaching line level colleagues
- Inspect and assign duties to office assistants, Daily Morning brief with all the relevant information.
- Check the attendance; follow up on maintenance complaints sent to the concerned department.
- Get Mini bar, and Consumption items from main store to Housekeeping and distribute to the units.
- Maintain the Mini Bar and consumption stock, maintain the mini bar bills and office bills
- Keep updating all the reports which come from the units, inform all necessary information to the units.
- Check all the reports daily and inform the concern person
- Report to the Executive Housekeeper on any changes of normal procedures or emergencies.
- Cooperate with other departments to make smoother operations
- Update all the necessary information’s about the hotel and new procedures to follow.
- Make daily work report
- Promotes good team work among the Team Members and management.
