Responsibilities
Functions include but are not limited to the following. Must be able to move freely between tasks depending on workload, season, etc.
- Conduct On-site audits
- Review documentation at various company locations
- Interview employees to measure compliance
- Observe operational practices to evaluate compliance with regulations and internal policies
- Assist TWC with all field operation audits
- Document Audit of Farm Labor Contractor Timesheets (may include scanning)
- Identify Non-Compliance and report where company policies are not meeting standards
- Board Postings: Posts all required labor law notices to boards in various locations
- And such other work as may be required to be completed within the department
