Responsibilities

Lead by example to maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
Assign daily tasks and coordinate resources to meet production schedules and quality targets.
Monitor production flow, track progress, and provide updates on priority work orders.
Verify readiness of lines, components, and equipment; support set-ups and changeovers.
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving quality, equipment, or process issues.
Review and complete production documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Conduct shift passdowns and cross-functional updates.
Support employee training and development; step in for absent operators when needed.
Partner with supervisors to drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement.

Requirements

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $80,000 - $105,000 annually.

The pay offered for this position may vary based on several individual factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may also include additional components/benefits depending on the specific role. This information will be shared if an employment offer is extended.

AS degree or equivalent experience (high school diploma or GED required).
3+ years in a regulated manufacturing environment, with 1+ year in a leadership role.
Hands-on experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production (robotics, automotive, aerospace, or electronics preferred).
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate across teams and deliver against production goals.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs., working with hand tools, and handling chemicals with PPE.
