Qualifications

Knowledge and ability to use basic power tools and ability to apply proper hand and measuring tools in an industrial setting.
HS diploma with relevant experience or Relevant Certificate. Completion or current enrollment in a formal technical school program related to Industrial Maintenance desired.
Basic to intermediate Mechanical/Electrical Aptitude knowledge of production equipment, machinery, and hand tools
Equipment Calibration Ability to adjust and calibrate machinery using precision measuring tools like calipers and micrometers (Preferred)
Equipment Operation & Troubleshooting Proficiency in operating industrial equipment and diagnosing technical issues (Preferred)
Competency reading engineering documentation and potentially using production software
Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows)
Must have the ability to become aseptic gown certified
Mechanical and electrical experience highly preferred
Industrial machine repair and maintenance experience highly preferred
