- High school diploma or equivalent experience is required
- Previous order fulfillment experience is highly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
- Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions and safety rules, such as operation and maintenance instructions
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions
- Forklift Operator Certification preferred, but not required (Must meet Kiva's Motor Vehicle requirements in order to use forklift)
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch as needed.
- Comfortable working in environments with variable temperatures and noise levels.
- May be asked operate standard warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jack, forklift)

As a Kiva Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will...
- Conduct cycle counts & inventory processes in Encompass to ensure accuracy
- Prepares finished goods for shipment to accounts by pulling, packing, and palletizing
- Receive and log incoming items
- Unload delivery trucks and make sure that each inbound delivery matches the purchase order
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
- Maintain and operate a pallet jack and forklift
- Help coordinate and track the movement of goods through METRC
Work Environment
- This position is in a busy warehouse subject to frequent interruptions and loud noises
- Business work hours vary but are usually Monday-Friday between the hours of Noon to 8:30pm
- Some extended and weekend hours may be required.
