Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field, 8+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination
Project Management experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Working knowledge of estimating and scheduling software (HCSS, B2W)
Negotiation experience
Must posses a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record
Position requires around 25% travel for jobsite visits, pre-bid meetings, and pre-construction meeting
