Key Responsibilities
- Work on-site in Maimisburg, OH primarily on second shift with the flexibility to adjust hours to support and supervise third-shift operations.

- Ensure the department meets deadlines and maintains quality standards by assigning work, planning overtime, tracking KPIs, and engaging support resources to eliminate operational roadblocks.
- Design and implement operational, inventory control, and cost-efficiency improvements in collaboration with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing Operations while managing the department financial budget.
