Key Responsibilities

Expert TroubleshootingLocate and diagnose mechanical and electrical failures using meters, detailed prints, and schematics.
Electrical MasteryRepair and maintain high-voltage systems (480V), motors, switches, and automated controls.
PLC DiagnosticUse PLC experience to identify issues and restore production (programming not required; ladder logic knowledge is a plus).
Preventative MaintenanceExecute planned and predictive maintenance on conveyor systems, pneumatic tools, and production machinery.
Safe OperationsPerform complex wiring and repairs in compliance with Arc Flash safety standards and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
CollaborationPartner with engineers and production teams to suggest improvements and reduce downtime.

Qualifications

Electrical Skills

PLC Experience

3–5 years industrial maintenance experience with strong electrical troubleshooting
Manufacturing environment preferred
Experience troubleshooting 480V electrical systems
Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints
Experience with motors, drives, sensors, and control panels
Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment
PLC programming is NOT required
Knowledge of Arc Flash safety and Lockout/Tagout procedures
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Technical training in electrical or industrial maintenance preferred
