- Education High school diploma or equivalent.
- Skills & Aptitude Strong mathematical and technical aptitude with proficiency in computer data entry/ERP systems (MFG Pro preferred).

- 3+ years in material handling, shipping/receiving, or warehouse logistics.
- Experience operating forklifts/material handling equipment.
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement principles (ELS / 5S).
