Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or related field required.
- 10+ year’s successful multi-functional Operations experience including management and employee development.
- Proven experience in manufacturing operations leadership or plant management within an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge and demonstrated execution of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrated track record in developing and executing business plans, managing annual operating budgets, and driving operational metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional leaders and inspire operational teams.
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills to evaluate operational performance, optimize workflows, and drive strategic decision-making.
