Commercial Roofing Superintendent - Denver

• Supervise and coordinate all roofing activities on job sites• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget• Lead and mentor crews while maintaining productivity and quality standards• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications• Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and team members• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting• Enforce safety protocols and company policies at all times

Commercial Roofing Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and managing commercial roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity standards are met. This role supervises crews, coordinates job site activities, and ensures projects are completed on time and within scope.

Responsibilities include new installations, re-roofing, repairs, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems, including TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, and metal roofing systems. The Superintendent will also be responsible for quality control, safety compliance, and customer communication across multiple job sites.
