- Assist with repairs, replacements, and/or maintenance on commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, Built-up, etc.)
- Work as part of a crew to inspect leaks, damage, and determine correct repair process
- Load and unload materials onto the roof
- Use fall-restraint equipment and PPE gear at all times
- On-call availability to respond to emergency leaks when needed (staggered schedule)
- Communicate professionally with customers and clients and provide recommendations
- Previous experience with commercial roofing production/installation, roof maintenance, roof repairs/leaks OR construction and trades job
- Able to lift heavy material on a regular basis
- Comfortable with heights & working outdoors year-round
- Open to on-call availability
- Has reliable transportation
- Willing to submit background check and drug test
