- Perform accurate material take-offs and coordinate timely procurement
- Build and manage project schedules in Service Titan
- Serve as a main point of contact for internal teams and external partners
- Support project managers in solving problems and keeping work on track
- Assist the sales team with post-sale follow-up and coordination
- Keep detailed, accurate, and up-to-date project records and documentation
- Monitor project progress, resolve discrepancies, and help maintain quality standards
- Generate regular reports and share project updates with leadership
- Experienced with Service Titan or similar project management tools
- Highly organized and able to juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat
- A clear, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-driven, with a genuine commitment to accuracy and follow-through
- A collaborative team player who's comfortable working across departments
- Base salary plus bonus earning potential
