- ✔️ Experience supervising construction works on large civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
- ✔️ Good understanding of NEC4 contracts and the Supervisor role.
- ✔️ Strong knowledge of construction quality, health & safety, and site inspections.
- ✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- ✔️ Ability to work effectively within regulated environments and manage multiple priorities.
- ✔️ Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- ✔️ Solid understanding of CDM Regulations and Health & Safety legislation.
- ✔️ Minimum 15 years' experience delivering major civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
- ✔️ Experience in heavy civil construction, including groundworks, utilities, temporary works, reinforced concrete, and structural steel.
- ✔️ Experience working within highly regulated environments with robust safety and quality management systems.
- ✔️ Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- ✔️ Able to work proactively and confidently in complex project environments.
- ⭐ Experience within the Nuclear, Defence, Oil & Gas, or other highly regulated industries.
- ⭐ Knowledge of Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and commissioning activities.
- ⭐ Experience with regulated control of work systems (e.g. NSAG or similar).
- ⭐ Relevant construction or engineering qualifications.
- ⭐ NEC4 Supervisor Accreditation (or willingness to achieve within six months).
- ⭐ Previous experience in the Nuclear sector.
- ⭐ Experience delivering building, prefabrication, or MEICA (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation & Control) works.
- ⭐ HNC/HND (or higher) in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- ⭐ SMSTS, CITB CSCS Black Card, IOSH Managing Safely, and First Aid certification.
