· PHD or DNP strongly preferred
· Minimum 12 years of nursing management experience
· Preferred experience at hospitals, health systems, academics medical centers, or ambulatory setting
· Maryland RN license *Residency status may impact licensure requirements
· Certified in at least one nationally recognized professional area
