• Assist Lead Installers with bath and shower installations• Remove old tubs and showers• Help install new premium Jacuzzi systems• Learn plumbing connections, carpentry, and finish work• Work inside customers’ homes delivering a clean finished product• Keep job sites organized and professional

• Strong work ethic and reliability• Comfortable working with tools and hands on projects• Willingness to learn a skilled trade• Positive attitude and team mindset• Construction or trades experience is helpful but not required
