- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional work ethic
- Physical capability to safely lift and carry packages of varying sizes
- Positive attitude and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and follow directions from management
- Preferred: Knowledge of local Ottawa area and familiarity with GPS/navigation systems
- Preferred: Previous delivery or customer service experience
