At Qiggz, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. If you’ve logged into our app using Facebook and wish to have your data deleted, you can request this at any time.
Your Rights
You have the right to request deletion of any data we have collected via your Facebook login. This includes:
- Your profile information (such as name, email, and profile picture)
- App usage history
- Any stored messages or interactions within the Qiggz app
How to Request Deletion
You can request data deletion through any of the following methods:
- Email: Send an email to support@qiggz.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include the Facebook account ID or email address used to log in.
- In-App Settings: Go to
Settings > Account > Delete accountwithin the Qiggz app. - Contact Form: Fill out our Support Form and choose “Account Deletion Request” as the topic.
What Will Be Deleted
Upon request, we will delete:
- Your Qiggz profile and Facebook login data
- Any user-generated content or usage data
- Messages, chat logs, or interaction history (if applicable)
What Won’t Be Deleted
Some data may be retained when required for:
- Legal obligations (e.g., financial transactions or records)
- Security and fraud prevention
- Internal logging that does not include personally identifiable information
Timeframe
All data deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been removed.
