The Contracts Manager is be involved in all aspects of contracts; must be able to understand contracts that are complex in nature and perform a wide range of activities and assignments on a daily basis, including change orders, stop notices, construction claims, subcontractor qualifications and agreements, and many others. Prepare all legal documents and work with outside counsel as needed. Establish and update all records of correspondence. Communicate professionally with a variety of third parties. Assist internal colleagues across divisions with the following, among other items:
- Contract agreements.
- Contract change orders.
- Stop notices.
- Construction claims.
- Insurance certificates.
- Preliminary notices.
- Subcontractor packages.
- Licenses.
- Managing Outside Attorneys.
