- Experience 1 to 3 years of window installation, carpentry or framing experience.
- Technical Skills Proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to efficiently manage time and installation tasks.
- Customer Service Skills Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Accountability A track record of superior craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Communication Skills Ability to collaborate effectively with installation crews, internal staff, and leadership.
- Valid Driver’s License Required
- Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs., and up to 150 lbs. assisted; perform tasks in various job site conditions.
- Proficiency in using an iPad for business applications.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Strong commitment to time management and punctuality.
- Standing, walking and performing physical tasks for extended periods.

- Competitive Salary On-target earnings (OTE) range from $60,000 to $150,000 annually, based on tier level and performance. Compensation includes an hourly base pay with potential bonus opportunities for job completion when applicable.
