Physical Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Ability to work safely in a heavy industrial environment.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, walking, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Experience operating off-road haul trucks, loaders, backhoes, or other heavy equipment.
- Previous experience in industrial, construction, mining, steel mill, or environmental services operations.
- Basic understanding of equipment inspections and preventive maintenance practices.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, climb, and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toed boots, hearing protection, and other required gear.
