Qualifications
- 2+ years of recent experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment, with a valid license preferred
- 2+ years of order picking or similar warehouse experience required
- Knowledge of warehouse layout and locations (Hall A & B, powder warehouse, picking area)
- Product knowledge
- Warehouse procedures
- Ability to use scanning equipment
- Ability to estimate order volume to select appropriate packaging
- Knowledge of packaging requirements
- Ability to use a scale
- Ability to replenish pick locations
- Good physical strength and stamina are necessary, as the role involves lifting heavy objects and staying on feet for extended periods
