Qualifications

Experience & Background

Background in construction, building, steel structures, or concrete
Strong exposure to on-site construction environments
Experience with quality control, technical audits, or inspections
Very high level of technical rigor
Strong culture of standards, tolerances, and compliance
Ability to say “no” when quality requirements are not met
Auditor/inspector mindset: independent, factual, and objective
Strong written communication skills for inspection reporting
Comfortable using digital field tools (Fieldwire, reporting systems)
Open for frequent international travel and working in the weekend
