What You’ll Do

- Safely transport cannabis products to customers in accordance with all company policies and state regulations.
- Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Communicate professionally with customers before, during, and after deliveries to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
- Maintain delivery vehicles, including cleanliness, routine inspections, and reporting maintenance needs.
- Communicate delays, issues, or concerns to customers, Store Manager, and internal teams.
- Conduct interior and exterior facility patrols to identify potential security risks and ensure site safety.
- Monitor surveillance equipment and report suspicious activity or security irregularities.
- Respond to alarms or incidents, escalating to Security Manager, law enforcement, or emergency services when appropriate.
- Assist in inspecting and maintaining security systems and equipment; report any concerns or malfunctions.
- Escort unauthorized individuals from restricted areas as needed.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation including security reports, delivery logs, and compliance-related records.
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, talk or hear, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, use hands and fingers to feel, reach with hands and arms, and lift up to 25 pounds. The employee is regularly required to perform extended driving periods up to 14 hours per day. The employee is occasionally required to climb, balance, and lift up to 50 pounds. This position requires close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional retail environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, POS systems, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. This position has allergen warnings including potential exposure to dust, pollen, and plant pathogens and requires the ability to work in confined spaces, have a high stress tolerance, adaptability, and be flexible to work in an ever-changing environment. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced workplace with frequent interaction with customers, management, and team members. Delivery work includes driving in various weather and traffic conditions. Security tasks may require responding to incidents, alarms, or emergencies. This position is in a high-compliance environment requiring strict attention to detail, and documentation is required.
