Who You Are

3+ years of maintenance leadership experience in multifamily housing, facilities management, hospitality, commercial real estate, or a related environment.
Experience supervising, coaching, and developing maintenance technicians to achieve operational and resident satisfaction goals.
Strong technical expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general building systems.
Experience managing vendors, preventative maintenance programs, apartment turns, and operating budgets.
Reliable transportation.
Participate in a scheduled on-call rotation to support emergency maintenance needs.
Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the role.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
A leader who earns trust, sets high standards, and leads by example.
Takes ownership and drives results through clear communication, accountability, and collaboration.
