Miscellaneous Metals Fabricator Location: Richmond, VA Shift: First Shift (Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM) with occasional Saturday overtime Compensation: Starting at $22.00; higher rates may be offered based on experience. Role Overview This position is responsible for fabricating and assembling a variety of metal components such as rail systems, stair assemblies, ladders, and other miscellaneous steel items. The role requires strong blueprint comprehension, hands-on fabrication ability, and the flexibility to work efficiently in a production-oriented environment with changing priorities.
