Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation & Setup Lead machine set-ups, changeovers, and monitor process conditions to ensure production meets exact quality specifications.
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance Identify process abnormalities, perform daily preventive maintenance, and collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
- Continuous Improvement Participate in continuous improvement (ELS) initiatives, root-cause problem solving, and quality standard adherence.
- Team Collaboration & Leadership Act as a backup Team Leader during absences, assist with peer training, and foster a safe, positive team environment.
- Safety & Compliance Serve as a role model for safety, strictly adhering to Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED OR 3+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and analytical troubleshooting skills.
- Comfort following written/oral instructions, SOPs, and technical guidelines.
- Experience using manufacturing software/systems (MFG Pro skills preferred).
- Demonstrated dependability, flexibility, and a safety-first mindset.
